Elaboration
Harvested by hand, the fermented “whole grain” grape in steel tanks -with periodic sinking of the hat- and at a temperature of 23-26ºC. Strict manual selection of the grapes and cold pre-maceration. Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels

Tasting notes and harmonies
Smoked with a pungent aroma of black and blue fruit, dark chocolate with a hint of pepper, plush and attractively sweet, offering currant and blackberry flavor with a hint of mocha.
A wine that ends with great persistence and breadth in the mouth.
Ideal to accompany all kinds of meat, Iberian and cheeses.
