The wine
Elaboration
We harvest the grapes manually and press them with the whole grain and the rapa. Each grape variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15 and 17ºC. The blend is the result of a young wine research process that we have been making for over 20 years with the Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties. Once the assembly is done, starting in April, we bottle the wine.

Tasting notes and harmonies
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Intense nose with aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot), fresh notes of tropical fruit (pineapple)
and an aniseed touch.
In the mouth it has a fresh attack, with good persistence, an unctuous point and a good acidity that gives it freshness.
The tropical aromas return in a wine that invites to be paired with cold starters, such as canapés based on pate or roasted. Ideal to take as an aperitif.
