CINÈRIA
This wine is made only in exceptional years in which very particular weather conditions occur, causing the noble rot.
In its final state, the grapes look like brown raisins and present a layer of “ash” that gives the wine its name, Cinèria.
Natural sweet wine of the Macabeo variety. After gentle pressing, it ferments very slowly due to the high concentration of sugar, acids and glycerin (alcohol that gives a feeling of fullness and silkiness).
Aging in deposit for more than 12 months.
We recommend taking it at 10-12ºC.
